Para fre\u00edrlo usaron una olla de 3 metros y medio de di\u00e1metro y 40 cent\u00edmetros de alto.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograr la meta final el equipo de trabajo se dividi\u00f3 en varios grupos. El primer equipo se encarg\u00f3 de pelar y picar los pl\u00e1tanos; mientras que el segundo de prefre\u00edr y el\u00a0tercero de moler. El proceso de armado del patac\u00f3n estuvo a cargo del cuarto grupo. Una vez armando sobre hojas de bijao, se coloc\u00f3\u00a0en una especie de parrilla o malla de acero.
