Con 18 a\u00f1os de trayectoria profesional en los \u00e1mbitos legal, comercial, agropecuario, pol\u00edtico y social como gestora para el desarrollo sostenible.<\/p>\n<p>Licenciada en Derecho y Ciencias Pol\u00edticas egresada de la Universidad de Panam\u00e1 2005, es Especialista en Comercio Internacional por la Universidad Latinoamericana de Comercio Exterior, 2007 y posee Formaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n De Pymes, de AMPYME, 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Herrera cuenta con un Diplomado en Negociaciones, Tratados y El Comercio Internacional-Universidad Latinoamericana De Comercio Exterior y La Universidad De Santiago De Chile. Cuenta con experiencias en La Implementaci\u00f3n, Administraci\u00f3n y Aprovechamiento De Tratados Comerciales en Am\u00e9rica Latina \u2013 2007, entre otros logros acad\u00e9micos.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Ost\u00eda, con m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la Industria de Telecomunicaciones acredita un t\u00edtulo de ingeniero en Electr\u00f3nica y Comunicaciones del Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, M\u00e9xico; un postgrado en Administraci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica y una maestr\u00eda en Recursos Humanos ambas de la Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda (ULACIT).<\/p>\n<p>En el sector p\u00fablico, se ha desempe\u00f1ado como Director de Innovaci\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda en el Ministerio de la Presidencia y en el sector privado fue Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de Servicios T\u00e9cnicos al Cliente de la Empresa Cable &amp; Wireless Panam\u00e1, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Igualmente se procede a la separaci\u00f3n de Luis Carlos Stoute, subadministrador de la Autoridad Nacional para la Innovaci\u00f3n Gubernamental (AIG), para que el Ministerio P\u00fablico adelante las investigaciones por las denuncias de supuestas irregularidades presentadas por Stoute en diciembre de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, Hamed Tu\u00f1\u00f3n, es ratificado en el cargo como director de la Autoridad de los Recursos Acu\u00e1ticos de Panam\u00e1 (ARAP), luego de haber ejercido como director encargado desde el pasado mes de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>Tu\u00f1\u00f3n, posee una amplia experiencia y trayectoria en la rama acu\u00edcola del pa\u00eds; antes de ocupar el nuevo cargo, fung\u00eda como subadministrador general de la ARAP.<\/p>\n<p>Es licenciado en Biolog\u00eda con especializaci\u00f3n en Zoolog\u00eda de la Universidad de
