Claudia Bonilla, nutricionista de la Consulta Externa del\u00a0 Hospital General Metropolitano y Centro de Traumas del Complejo Hospitalario \u201cDr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid\u201d de Panam\u00e1 (CHDr.AAM), se refiri\u00f3 a la importancia de\u00a0 implementar\u00a0 la dieta \u201chealthy food\u201d que consiste en aportar los nutrientes y la energ\u00eda necesaria para mantenerse sanos.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Por eso, es importante elegir alimentos variados, frescos y naturales como: frutas, vegetales\u00a0 frescos, prote\u00ednas de buena calidad, almidones complejos y tener un buen aporte de agua.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La comida saludable, es aquella que proporciona los nutrientes que el cuerpo necesita para mantener el buen funcionamiento del organismo, conservar o restablecer la salud, minimizar el riesgo de enfermedades, garantizar la reproducci\u00f3n, gestaci\u00f3n, lactancia y\u00a0 desarrollo\u00a0 del individuo en sus diferentes etapas de la vida tanto en la ni\u00f1ez como en la edad adulta.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Para la Mgter. Bonilla, la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable enfatiza las frutas, los cereales integrales, los productos l\u00e1cteos y las prote\u00ednas.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Las recomendaciones de l\u00e1cteos incluyen leche baja en grasa o sin grasa, sin lactosa.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La nutricionista de la Consulta Externa del CHDr.AAM, indic\u00f3 que, la falta de una buena alimentaci\u00f3n aunada a no establecerse un horario fijo de comida, es causante de efectos negativos dentro de nuestro organismo como es diabetes, aumento de triglic\u00e9ridos, colesterol,
