El problema es que alrededor de 16 millones de muertes del total pueden ser evitadas. <\/p>\n<p>Las ENT son enfermedades como las cardiacas, c\u00e1ncer, diabetes y otras, es decir, no se transmiten. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), el 42% de las 32 millones de muertes por las ENT son muertes prematuras, es decir, previa a los 70 a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n<p>No obstante, la mayor\u00eda de estas muertes se hallan en los pa\u00edses de bajos ingresos o en desarrollo.
